Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Item

  Disassemble the furniture if necessary and secure it in its original packaging with all included hardware, manuals, and protective padding.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup or Drop-off

  Arrange for a carrier pickup or bring the item directly to our clearance warehouse location during standard operating hours.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the item for damages, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees.
